On December 17, 2019, according to the applications submitted by the applicants, the Court unanimously ruled that in the present case the Russian authorities had violated the requirements of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (right to a fair trial). The applicants were awarded various amounts of EUR 1,400 to EUR 3,900 in compensation.
