On October 15, 2019, according to the applications submitted by the applicants, the Court unanimously ruled that in the present case the Russian authorities violated the requirements of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (right to a fair trial) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention (right to protect property ) The applicants were awarded various amounts of EUR 2,000 to 3,207 in compensation.
