The case was successfully considered the complaint of the applicant that her eviction from the municipal housing provided to her earlier because of the revealed falsification of the document, which the applicant did not know, violated her rights. The case has violated the requirements of Article 8 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (the right to respect for private and family life).
In 2009, the applicant was assisted in the preparation of the application. Subsequently, the application was communicated to the Russian Federation.
In her complaint, the complainant complained that her eviction in 2009 from the municipal housing provided earlier to her in 1999 because of the detected falsification of the document, which the applicant did not know, violated her rights.
On 15 May 2018, on the complaint filed by the applicant, the European Court unanimously decided that in the present case the authorities violated the requirement of Article 8 of the Convention (the right to respect for private and family life). The applicant did not submit a claim for just satisfaction.
